    Physically in New York but unable to meet in person? Or are you located out of state? I can notarize documents* for you from the comfort of your own home in more than 1 way.

    In 2023, New York State made Remote Online Notarization legal. All is needed is an unexpired proper identification, your documents, Internet service and video/audio capabilities and you have can documents notarized in a matter of minutes. Headphones and a quiet space are recommended.

    • Not all documents are RON eligible in NYS at this time (this includes Wills and Power of Attorneys (“POAs”). Please email to ensure document is RON eligible before scheduling an appointment. A quick e-mail to STN can answer your question.

  • Please note that a cancellation fee may be applied if any notarial or non-notarial act cannot be performed at no fault of the notary. This includes: as the signer not being ready or willing to sign when the notary arrives, missing or unsuitable witnesses, document signer not having an acceptable valid, unexpired photo identification and/or not being legally competent in the notary's judgment of what is required under the law/or our sole interpretation of industry best practices.
